I was in the middle of watching Netflix when I got an error message:
'Silverlight Installation ProblemError Code: 2103
You have encountered an issue specific to Microsoft Silverlight, the software used to watch movies on the Netflix website. This issue is often resolved by uninstalling and then reinstalling Microsoft Silverlight on your computer.
To uninstall Microsoft Silverlight on your Macintosh computer, please follow these steps:

Silverlight for Safari 12 (Mac Mojave 10.14) In Safari version 12, for Mac Mojave 10.14 you will notice that the Silverlight plug-in is not available. Drag Silverlight.plugin to the Trash. Click the Trash icon and select Empty. Once you have emptied your Trash, Microsoft Silverlight uninstallation is complete. To install the latest version of the Silverlight plug-in: Sign in to Netflix.com and press play on any title. Follow the prompts to download and install Silverlight on your Mac.
After completing the above steps, attempting to Watch Instantly on www.netflix.com will prompt you to reinstall Microsoft Silverlight.'

I spent the next hour uninstalling and reinstalling Silverlight to no avail. I finally gave up and watched it on Safari. But I prefer to use Firefox.
I followed every tutorial I could find. It's activated under Add Ons. I have no idea why it wont work.

Clicking the 'Download' link at the end of this guide automatically takes you to the Silverlight download page.
1. Introduction
When you see the Silverlight download page, click 'Download' to continue.
2. Download manager
Your download manager will open and the file will start to download.
This may take a few minutes.
3. Software installation
A dialog box will appear informing you that this package will run a program that determines if the software can be installed.
Click 'Continue'.

Read the Software License Agreement and click 'Continue'.
6. Select a destination
You can select the disk where Silverlight is to be installed.
If you are unsure, just click 'Continue'.

You may be asked to enter the username and password for your Mac to install Silverlight. Enter your details and click 'OK'.
9. Installing
Silverlight is being installed, this may take a few minutes.
